These
timely yearbooks will provide up-to-date information on recent changes
in cultural heritage and cultural property law to keep lawyers,
heritage professionals, and land managers informed on current legal
practice. Expected to be released each spring, the series will deal
with everything from the art world to federal land policies to
international issues. Interviews, book reviews, and a list of useful

Sherry Hutt is Program Manager of the
National NAGPRA Program of the National Park Service. She served as a
Superior Court Judge in Arizona for 17 years and is a frequent
consultant, workshop instructor, and author on cultural property
issues. She is author of Cultural Property Law: A Practitioner's Guide.
