Orders from individuals must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by cash, check, credit card, or money order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax of 5.6% will be added to orders billed to customers in Arizona. Actual cost for media mail postage will be billed to credit card orders; customers paying by cash, check, or money order should add $3.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Orders over $50.00 will be shipped via UPS ground. Shipping charges for journals are included in subscription rates; international subscribers should add $5.00 for postage and handling.
